The 40 minutes of facility use is time set aside for you to spend in our facility without rushing. O’SPA has a traditional hammam with a marble navel stone, a Finnish-style dry sauna, a steam room and a relax lounge; you can clarify which areas you will use and how when you book. A warmed body becomes much more ready for the next stages, and the mind slowly moves away from the city’s pace.
Scrub and foam: traditional purification
The 30-minute scrub and foam is one of the best-loved rituals of Turkish hammam culture. First the skin is gently exfoliated with a kese mitt, then the body is wrapped in rich, soft foam. After this stage the skin feels noticeably smooth and fresh. Because the 50-minute massage is applied to a cleansed and warmed body, it gives a much deeper sense of relaxation.
